The WORST excuse for a downloader that I have ever tried to use. A complete waste of money and a colossal ripoff. The first youtube download took *4 HOURS* and ultimately timed out. Repeated trials confirmed its uselessness.

Unlike what they state in their website, it doesn't download in UltraHD, not even 2k for that matter, and their customer support is really unprofessional and they simply ignore you when they run out of excuses... They even offered me their new tool VideoDuke that is highly unstable... and when I asked them to refund my money because of how defective this software was, they simply deny me that right. More
